About the selection process

Q: Are any qualifications or language skills such as English required to be selected?

A: There will be opportunities to use English in the course of work, so if you have language skills, you can make use of them. Even if you don't have English skills, please apply.

Q: Please tell me the process for new graduate recruitment, from application to receiving a job offer.

Q: What do you consider important in the selection process?

A: We place importance on communication in the selection process. Interviews are basically one-on-one interviews, and there is time for questions. We believe that the purpose of the interview is to understand each other, so please do not be nervous and speak in your own words.

Q: Are there any differences in hiring standards between graduate school graduates and undergraduate graduates?

A: There is no difference. In addition, starting salary and other benefits will be the same as for undergraduate graduates.

Q: I would like to visit some alumni. Can you introduce me to some? Also, will visiting alumni affect my selection process?

A If you would like to visit our alumni, please let us know. Those in the selection process will also have the opportunity to ask questions to employees during interviews. Also, visiting alumni will not affect your selection process in any way. Please use it as an opportunity to deepen your understanding of our company before joining the company.

Q Are there any differences in hiring standards based on gender, nationality, etc.?

A: There is no difference. We apply the same selection criteria regardless of gender or nationality.

Q: Please tell me the process for deciding on assignment for new graduates.

A In principle, the Tokyo head office, Osaka head office, and Osaka showroom will be located within commuting distance from your home. Please let us know your preferred location during the selection process. Your provisional assignment will be determined after the new employee training based on a comprehensive assessment of your aspirations and aptitude. Your permanent assignment will be decided around June after the new employee training and provisional assignment.

Q: Please tell me about the training for new employees.

A: For about two weeks after joining the company, you will learn practical content such as the work of each department, about textiles, and the process from towel planning to sales. After that, you will work on your assigned duties under the guidance of your superiors and senior employees in the form of OJT.

Q: Is there an environment where young employees can take on new challenges?

A: Even if you are a new employee, you can take the initiative by working with major and new clients, proposing projects, etc. In addition, because the company is growing, there are many opportunities to try new things throughout the company.

Q: Is there a lot of communication between employees?

A Even though we are based far apart, we often use chat tools and online meetings to work together, so we communicate across departmental boundaries on a daily basis. In addition, the average age of our employees is 37, which is relatively young, so there is a lot of communication between superiors and subordinates.

Q: Are there any dress codes?

A: There are no rules. We dress appropriately for the time, place, and occasion.

Q: What kind of childcare-related systems are available? Is there anyone who has taken advantage of them?

A: There is maternity leave, childcare leave, etc. In fiscal year 2024, one male and one female employee have taken this leave.
