Quality Control MA

Delivering safe and secure products to consumers

In my previous job, I worked at an inspection agency for textile products and household goods, where I was involved in quality control, human resource development, and overseas support. Since joining Izawa Towel, I have been part of the quality control group, making use of my experience from my previous job.

I was attracted to the idea of "manufacturing from the consumer's perspective" with an eye towards overseas expansion, and wanted to contribute by utilizing my expertise, so I chose Izawa Towel.

My biggest mission is to ensure consistent quality, even though personnel structures, machinery, and materials used vary by country and region. I work every day to improve the reliability of our products, while flexibly responding to each individual condition.

I am a member of the quality control team of the manufacturing group. In addition to coordinating with the factory management team, I also share information closely with members of other departments and work across departments to improve product quality.

Involved in everything from product planning to manufacturing

I feel a great sense of accomplishment knowing that my knowledge and experience will directly contribute to improving product quality, which will lead to consumer satisfaction. I am proud to be able to provide peace of mind and comfort through a familiar product like towels.

I was able to acquire the ability to grasp quality from a broad perspective because I was able to be involved in the entire process from the product planning stage to mass production and even on the shelves at stores. In addition, because Izawa Towel handles a wide range of products, including mass retailers, products for women, and products for babies and children, I was able to deepen my understanding of the characteristics of each client and the towel market.

Our company handles not only towels, but also a wide range of textile products and miscellaneous goods, so you will naturally acquire a wide range of knowledge. In addition, we have an environment where you can deepen your understanding of materials and manufacturing processes through practical work.

Everyone is working with the desire to "make something good," and there is a strong awareness of quality. However, there is no formality, and there is an open atmosphere where people can feel free to share ideas and opinions.

Going forward, we would like to put even more effort into establishing quality standards that are accepted worldwide. With the goal of creating a "global standard for towels," we will achieve quality that exceeds consumer expectations.
