We hereby announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, in light of the fact that an investigation by a third-party committee has confirmed the facts of power harassment and other offenses (hereinafter referred to as "this matter") by our Representative Director and President, Masashi Izawa (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Izawa"), the Board of Directors resolved to impose disciplinary action against our executive officers and take measures to prevent recurrence, as follows.
We would like to offer our deepest apologies to those who have been subjected to harassment in this incident and for any distress caused.
We would also like to offer our deepest apologies to all our stakeholders for the great concern and inconvenience caused.
