Graphic designer Taku Sato and actress Ryoko Kobayashi appeared at the launch event for the new brand "i-TOWEL".

Izawa Towel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masashi Izawa) held a media press conference, "Izawa Towel New Business Strategy and New Brand Announcement," on September 25, 2026, at "T-SITE GARDEN GALLERY" in Daikanyama, Tokyo, with the aim of announcing a refreshed corporate identity and a new brand, "i-TOWEL." The press conference was conducted in two parts and lasted approximately 60 minutes.

● Part 1: Talk session on CI refresh and new brand

Masashi Izawa, President and CEO of Izawa Towel Co., Ltd., and graphic designer Taku Sato (Chairman and CEO of TSDO Co., Ltd.), a special guest at this event, took the stage. They spoke about the background of the new corporate identity refresh, the meaning behind the corporate message "One Towel, One Quality," and the circumstances surrounding the birth of the new brand "i-TOWEL." A concept video for the new brand was also screened during the talk.

● Part 2: Talk session from a user's perspective

In the second part, actress Ryoko Kobayashi joined Masashi Izawa and Taku Sato for a talk session on topics such as "commitment to towels" from a user's perspective, the user experience of "i-TOWEL," and the relationship between QOL (quality of life) and towels.

Following the talk session, a photo session was held with the three speakers.

Following the presentation, the "i-TOWEL POPUP STORE" opened at the same venue, giving attending media representatives the opportunity to actually see and touch the "i-TOWEL."
