■ What is "Rakuten Shop of the Month"?

The "Rakuten Shop of the Month" award recognizes stores on Rakuten Marketplace based on factors such as sales, sales growth rate, number of orders, and customer service. Three stores received the Rookie of the Month award for this month.

■ About the "Towel Research Institute" Rakuten Market store

"Towel Research Institute" was launched in 2019 exclusively on Amazon, challenging the common belief that "all towels are the same," and developing towels that suit the user's preferences and usage scenarios. In January 2026, sales began in domestic retail stores, and by the end of September, the number of stores carrying their products had exceeded 3,000.

In August 2026, we opened an official shop on Rakuten Market to make our products more accessible to a wider range of customers. Since opening, many customers have chosen our products, including our popular "#003 Volume Rich" series, and we received this award approximately one month after opening our shop.

■ Future Outlook

This award is all thanks to everyone who chose "Towel Research Institute" on Rakuten Market. We express our sincere gratitude. Moving forward, we will continue our research and product development to make the towel you use every day even more comfortable, and we will continue to deliver "Towel Research Institute" products both through e-commerce, including Rakuten Market, and in stores nationwide.
